EASLEY — Bessie Louise Bridges Reeves, 87, wife of the late Clarence Harrison Reeves, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, January 10, 2013.

Born in Pickens County, to the late Margaret Banks and Clifton Carr Bridges, Louise loved to watch wrestling and attended Hilltop Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Bessie Cassell of Pickens, Dorothy Norris of Easley; a son, William “Buddy” Reeves of Dacusville; two sisters, Fannie Reeves of Easley, and Frances Southerland of Fountain Inn; eight grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, and two grandsons.

A graveside service was 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 11, 2013 at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery at 130 Fairview Dr., Pickens, SC 29671.

Visitation was from 12:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. Friday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, prior to the service.

The family is at the home.
