South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley extended a helping hand during a groundbreaking ceremony for JTEKT Automotive in Piedmont on Wednesday afternoon. The manufacturer, located at 1866 Old Grove Road, recently announced plans to invest $100 million in expansions in the Piedmont area. The expansion is said to create about 100 new jobs for local workers.
