Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Edward Steele Jr. of Easley, SC announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Ann Steele to Joseph Carter Scarborough, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Scarborough, of Rockwood TN. The wedding is planned for May 11, 2013 at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, NC.
