GREENVILLE — Miracle Hill Ministries will hold its annual fundraising banquet on Thursday, April 28, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Carolina First Center in Greenville. Charles Martin, author of several highly-acclaimed novels, will be the speaker for the evening. Martin will share some of the incredible stories that inspired his most recent novel “Chasing Fireflies,” the tale of a broken child in search of the truth.

Miracle Hill Ministries is the largest service provider to the homeless in South Carolina and has outreach in four counties of the Upstate. The organization offers shelter, food, access to other local human service agencies, GED opportunities, and addiction recovery services. Last year the organization helped 10,836 people including 368 children, served 314,447 meals, and provided 167,761 regular beds plus those for overflow.

Miracle Hill is hosting the fundraising banquet in order to encourage people to get involved in relieving chronic homelessness and to help homeless children in the Upstate. All proceeds will benefit Miracle Hill’s Children’s Ministries. Please contact Cindy Kelly at 864-631-0137 or ckelly@miraclehill.org for more information about table host and sponsorship opportunities, or to reserve your seat. Online registration is also available at www.miraclehill.org/banquet.
