PICKENS COUNTY— A 16-year old was killed after being ejected in a single vehicle collision Monday night.
Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley says the teen was Kevin Daryl McNab of 129 Latham Street, Easley.
Officials say McNab was ejected and landed under his vehicle at around 11:40 p.m. Monday night on South Carolina Highway 183 just north of Easley.
“The vehicle was driving south on SC 183, drove off the left side of the roadway, struck a utility pole and overturned causing fatal injury,” said State Trooper Billy Elder. “The crash is still under investigation.”
The Coroner’s report stated that McNab lost control of his vehicle.
McNab was pronounced dead at the scene, and was not restrained at the time of the crash.
