Atcheson Dental opens Six Mile office

SIX MILE — Just a little more than six months after breaking ground on their new dental office in Six Mile, brothers John Atcheson DMD and Joseph Atcheson DMD will celebrate the grand opening of Atcheson Dental.

The Daniel High School and Southern Wesleyan University graduates grew up just a few miles from their new practice, and they are very excited to be working so close to home.

“Though it took a great deal of planning to get to this point, it was a natural decision to practice together in the same community where we will raise our families,” said Joe Atcheson.

Growing up in the area, the brothers saw that Six Mile had a need for this type of facility.

“We have been overwhelmed by the response we are getting from the community,” stated John Atcheson. “Everyone is very happy with the location, and excited to see this service brought to Six Mile.”

Six Mile Mayor, Roy Stoddard sees the addition of a full-service dental office as a sign of the opportunity that exists in the town and is excited about the new addition to the community.

“To say that we are excited about having a ‘state of the art’ dental facility located in Six Mile, would be an understatement,” stated Stoddard. “Doctors John and Joseph Atcheson have shown us their confidence in our townspeople and those in the surrounding community by locating their medical futures in the Town of Six Mile.”

“On behalf of the Town Council and the community, I want to say welcome aboard!”

Atcheson Dental is a family, restorative, and cosmetic practice offering cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, veneers, teeth whitening, dentures, partials, root canals, extractions, and emergency dental services to all ages. The brothers understand the importance of patients’ jobs and make every effort to accommodate busy work schedules.

Atcheson Dental is located at 2548 Norris Highway, just off of Main Street in Six Mile.
