PENDLETON — Foothills Harmony Chorus will participate in an international Global Open House event on Monday, Jan. 28 at Pendleton First Baptist Church at 6 p.m. All ladies who love to sing are invited to attend.

All over the world, Sweet Adelines International choruses are joining together to teach the world to sing. This January, hundreds of choruses will participate in the organization’s first Global Open House event. Sweet Adelines International is an organization of nearly 25,000 women worldwide who sing four-part a cappella harmony, barbershop style.

Members share a love for music and singing barbershop harmony. As a member, you can experience the exhilaration of performing and singing with a group of real women who share a love of harmony and friendship. Any woman of average singing ability, with or without vocal training, will find a part that fits her voice range with the help of trained musical leaders and directors. Every member gains a sisterhood for life, opportunities for personal growth, and a discovery of creative and administrative talents they never knew they had.
