Dr. Mike Carmical, science teacher at Easley High School, has died.
According to the Pickens County Coroner, Kandy Kelley, 61-year-old, Carmical, died on Tuesday Jan. 22 of a coronary related issue.
“It is with a sad heart that we want to inform you that Dr. Carmical has died. We are shocked and saddened by this sudden loss. Dr. Carmical always had a smiling face and was ready to help out any way he could,” said Principal, Dr. Tim Mullis.
Carmical had taught at Easley High School 16 years.
