WALHALLA — The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help with a burglary that occurred Nov. 26, 2013, at the State Farm Insurance branch at 1701 Sandifer Boulevard.
According to investigators, deputies responded around 4:08 a.m. in reference to an alarm at the business.
The back door had been pried open and drawers were open at several desks in the building.
Investigators said an undisclosed amount of money was taken but no personal information was taken. Also, a vehicle was seen in the area a short time before deputies arrived.
A subject was located behind the Tractor Supply store but a search of the subject and vehicle did not turn up any evidence that the subject had anything to do with the break-in.
