Walnut Grove Plantation hosts an historic firearm show from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 2 under the pavilion featuring Revolutionary War re-enactors displaying authentic and replica historic firearms. Admission is $5 per person and $50 per firearm appraisal. All firearms must be empty.

Walnut Grove Plantation hosts Festifall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 3 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 4. Admission is $10 for ages 18 and over, $5 for ages 5 to 17. Festifall turns the 1767 homestead into a living colonial village.
