EASLEY — The Pickens County Republican Party has established a 2016 election office at 121 S. Pendleton St. in Easley.

Voters in Pickens County are invited to pick up campaign materials for Republican candidates on the Nov. 8 ballot. The office will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Creation of the office was coordinated by Pickens GOP Vice Chairman Rick Tate and S.C. Senate candidate Rex Rice who has made the space available. The building was used as Rice’s campaign headquarters during the June primary season.

Voter registration forms will be available and the office will also serve as a place for people to learn more about how they can be involved in local politics.
