POWDERSVILLE — The Powdersville community was on hand with members of the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce to welcome Advantage Hearing on March 25.

Although the business has been in operation for several years, the ribbon cutting represented a new look and feel to Advantage Hearing patrons might have never seen. Specializing in the treatment of hearing loss, Advantage Hearing stresses the need for regular hearing tests, especially for those over 60 years of age.

“For most of us hearing loss is gradual and so it goes unnoticed,” said LuAnn Born of Advantage Hearing. “Getting checked regularly is essential, because most people don’t realize they have an issue until they find out how much they haven’t been hearing.”

Advantage Hearing is open Tuesdays and Thursdays and by appointment on Fridays.
