Soaring in service, Eagle honors

Jordan Timothy Boseman of Greenville was awarded the Boy Scout rank of Eagle on Feb. 16, 2013. He earned this rank with Troop 30, who is sponsored by Earle Street Bapist Church. Jordan eaned 48 merit badges in over six years of scouting and he attended the 2010 Boy Scout National Jamborees at Fort A. P. Hill in Virginia. Jordan’s Eagle project involved the construction of two dugouts at his church baseball field at Siloam Bapist Church in Powdersville. Pictured with Jordan is his father, John and his grandfather, Frank Boseman who himself earned his eagle in 1939.
